Carla Luciana Luta is the founder of Latitude Lux, a boutique real estate company born from her own journey of courage, transformation and lifestyle reinvention.
Originally from Romania and holding a degree in Business, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Carla lived in Spain, Dubai, the United States and Mexico before arriving in the Dominican Republic in 2017 seeking sunshine, freedom, and a more meaningful way of living.
She found home in Punta Cana—and over the years, lived in nearly all its key areas, gaining a deep, firsthand understanding of both its charm and its complexities.
Witnessing the rapid development and transformation of the Dominican Republic, she saw incredible potential emerge—from what was once seen as limited less than a decade ago, to today’s flourishing, diverse, and fast-growing real estate market.
Through strong local relationships, a trusted network and a clear vision, she created Latitude Lux- a boutique real estate firm- to offer a more personal, transparent, and thoughtful approach to real estate. Her mission is to guide and empower those brave enough to pursue a new life here—or those simply looking to invest or find their perfect home—helping them make confident, well-informed decisions when buying property or relocating in the Dominican Republic.
